Please note that the customer will be responsible for All Taxes and Customs related costs in the destination country.

We highly advise you to check your country's law relating to importing e-cigarette products, such as import taxes, duties and compliance, before placing orders. Some products may require special licenses or permits to import. If you’re in doubt you may also contact us, so we can help you with information where possible.

We can’t be responsible for products rejected or confiscated by your local customs.

We will normally place the packaging list inside the parcel which will say what’s inside the parcel. If you want us to not include the packing slip inside your parcel, then please let us know after placing the order.

We may be able to assist you with invoicing and order value declaration according to your preference, in which case please leave a note or contact us after placing the order.

If you also have special requirements regarding the declaration for Customs or the packaging itself, you can contact us prior to placing the order.

If your country requires us to provide a Proforma Invoice to clear customs, please contact us, we will send this to you as soon as possible.

We do not conduct business with or send shipments to countries with a restricted or sanctioned status. If your chosen destination does not appear in any of our shipping options, this means that we do not supply goods to this country.
