We try our best to describe the items we sell as accurately as possible. But please understand that Images are for illustration purposes only and products may occasionally be vary in size, shape or colour.
If you received your items damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible and let us know. We will then advise you of the next steps. Your goods may be eligible for replacement or refund.
Errors and shortages must be notified within 3 days of receipt.
We have a 45 day return policy for All our goods. If the items are faulty or become faulty within 45 days of the purchase date you should let us know and we would accept the return and replace the products for you.
Damaged and faulty items must be returned to us for inspection. All return charges must be paid by the buyer and we won’t pay for the return shipment at any circumstance.
No returns will be accepted for e-liquids, e-liquid cartridges and clearance products.
If the item you returned is not in the condition in which we sent out we reserve the right to send the item back to you (shipping paid by the buyer). We will also not accept returns of products where there’s explicit physical damage to the product.
You are responsible for any loss or damages caused to the items in return transit by inappropriate packaging.
