JM Distro provides affordable shipping solutions to almost every destination worldwide. We are unable to conduct business with or send shipments to countries with a restricted or sanctioned status. Please see a list of currently restricted countries here.
Shipping rates:
- United Kingdom (Mainland): £5.00 Next Day Delivery
- Northern Ireland: £12.80 DPD (2-4 working days)
- All other rates for EU and Rest of World destinations are calculated at the checkout via DHL Express International.
- All shipping costs are inclusive of insurance, which means that shipments are fully insured for damage or loss.
- Shipping rates are weight-based and calculated based on the items in the basket at checkout.
- Orders will be shipped within 1 full working day of total payment being received. Should there be any reason that the order cannot be fulfilled within the specified time, you will be informed right away.
- Once the order has been shipped, you will receive shipment details and tracking information via email.
- On occasion, goods may be subject to inspection by UK Customs. JM Wholesale cannot be liable for any delays resulting from customs inspections.
- The customer will be liable for any charges relating to tax, VAT or import duty. Please read our full Tax and Customs policy here.
- Should your order be returned to JM due to address problems, unpaid customs charges or product restrictions, we are only able to provide a refund or re-shipment once the original order has been received back into our warehouse. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
