Returns & Warranty

- All return and replacement queries should be notified to us via email: support@jm-distro.com

- JM Distro ensure that the items we sell are described as accurately as possible. Please be aware that images are for illustration purposes only and products may occasionally vary in size, shape or colour.

- In the event that your items have been received damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will then advise you of the next steps. Your goods may be eligible for replacement or refund.

- Errors or shortages must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt.

- JM Distro provides a 45 day return policy for all goods. If you receive faulty goods, or the products become faulty within 45 days of the purchase date, please get in touch with us and we will advise the next steps to take for replacement or refund.

- Damaged or faulty items must be returned to us for inspection. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

- Returns will not be accepted for e-liquids, e-liquid cartridges or clearance items.

- Returned items should be returned to us in the same condition in which they were received.

- JM Distro reserves the right to reject returns for any reason. The buyer will be responsible for any shipping charges relating to rejected returns.

- The buyer is responsible for any loss or damages caused to returned items due to inappropriate packaging.
